We recommend deep cleaning for the first visit, followed by regular maintenance.
No. Cleaning solutions, equipment, cloths, and a step ladder arrive with the crew. We only need access to water and electricity. No pre-cleaning required — tidying up items is part of our work.

Yes, about half of our clients do this. Keys are accepted under a receipt with a timestamp and returned the same day in person or at an agreed location. A dedicated crew is always assigned for key handoffs.
Mention it right away during inspection — we fix remarks on the spot. If you notice something later, message us within 24 hours: we will return and redo it free of charge. This is our work guarantee.
Yes. Requests are accepted daily from 08:00 to 21:00, and crews operate seven days a week. Offices are most often cleaned in the evening after hours or early morning.
Cash or card after you inspect and accept the work. No prepayment required. Invoicing, contracts, and completion certificates are provided for corporate clients.
