Privacy Policy

We collect your name, phone number, address, and notes provided in the request — strictly what is required to visit your premises and estimate costs. We ask for and store nothing beyond this.

Data is used solely to process requests and communicate with you. We never share, sell, or use it for unsolicited mailings.

Your property address is known only to the dispatcher and the assigned cleaning crew. Handed-over keys are accepted under a receipt and returned on the same day.

You may request data deletion by emailing hello@terso.kg. Requests and messages will be deleted within three business days, except records legally required for corporate contracts.
